摘　　要：　本文从CIM信息集成的角度阐明数据管理、数据字典等基本概念,并基于全局数据管理的数据分布、结点自治等原则,提出了全局数据字典系统的体系、结构,综述了全局数据字典系统应具有的功能和字典结构,详述了全局数据字典的设计与实现。From the point of view of CIM information integration,the fundamental concepts are presented,such as database management,database dictionary.The paper proposes a architecture of global data dictionary system(GDDS)based on the principle of CIMS global data administration,such as data distribution and node autonomy etc.and summarizes the function and dictionary structures of GDDS.Besides,the developmeent and design of a GDDS are discussed.
