复制大鼠异位心脏移植模型100例的体会

摘　　要：目的 :总结复制大鼠腹腔异位心脏移植模型的体会。方法 :健康远交系Wistar大鼠为供体 ,SD大鼠为受体 ,各 10 0只。供心的升主动脉及主肺动脉分别与受体的腹主动脉和下腔静脉做端侧吻合 ,将供心移植于受体的腹腔内。结果 :共建立 10 0例大鼠异位心脏移植模型 ,供心缺血时间 (30± 5 )min ,手术成功率 91%。结论 :手术成功的关键 :1.麻醉剂量合适 ;2 .注意供心的保护 ,缩短供心缺血时间 ;3.提高血管吻合质量 ,避免吻合口出血及血流不通畅 ;4 .术后保温 。Objective:To review the experience of setting up rats model of heart transplantation. Method:To study cell signals transconduction of acute rejection after heart transplantation set up model of heterotopic heart transplantation in rats, 100 Wistar rats were donor, 100 SD rats were recipient. The heart of Wistar rats were transplanted in abdominal cavity of SD rats, connectiong aortic ascent artery of Wistar rats and abdominal aortic artery of SD rats, main pulmonary artery of Wistar rats and inferior cavae vein of SD rats. Result:We had set up the model of heterotopic heart transplantation in 100 rats, rate of success was 91%. Conclusion:The key to success of setting up rats model of heterotopic heart transplantation is that: (1) Appropriate anaesthetization. (2) Preserve of donor operation. (3) Quality of blood vessel anastomosis. (4) Treatment for acidosis after operation. [
