摘 要:[目的 ]建立工作场所空气中二乙基甲酮的气相色谱测定方法。 [方法 ]硅胶管吸附空气中二乙基甲酮 ,热解吸后气相色谱 (FID)测定。 [结果 ]空气中二乙基甲酮的浓度在 3 5 6mg/m3 ~ 14 2 3mg/m3 时 ,变异系数在 5 7%~ 8 4%(n =3 6) ;回归方程y =-65 5 +72 77x ,r >0 .9999;检测限 5 0× 10 -4μg(n =6,进样 10 0 μl) ;平均解吸效率 91 4% ;穿透容量 (BTV) >5 6mg ;10 0mg硅胶吸附 14 15 μg二乙基甲酮 ,密闭放置一周 ,回收率 85 1% ;采样效率≥ 99 1%。[结论 ]本方法适用于工作场所空气中二乙基甲酮的浓度测定。Objective] To establish sampling and GC analytical method for diethyl ketone in the air at a workplace by silica gel tube. [Methods] Silica gel adsorption and thermal desorption were used for the sampling of diethyl ketone and analysis was performed by GC (FID). [Results] The coefficient of variation in the range of 356 mg/m 3~ 1 423 mg/m 3 is 5 7%~8 4% ( n =36). Regression formula is y=-655+ 7 277 x,r > 0.999 9 . Detection limit is 5×10 -4 μg ( n =6,injection for 100 μl). The average desorption efficiency is 91 4%. Breakthrough volume is >5 6 mg. In a tube containing 100 mg silica gel, 1 415 μg of diethyl ketone can be adsorbed. Keep this tube tightly closed until a week,the diethyl ketone can still remain stable with a recovery rate of 85 1%. The sampling efficiency is ≥99 1%. [Conclusion] The method is compatible with concentration detection of diethyl ketone in the air at a workplace.
