摘　　要：目的:探讨选择性输卵管造影和再通术在治疗不孕症方面的疗效。材料与方法:收集35例经子宫输卵管造影证实为一侧或双侧输卵管黏连梗阻的病例,进行选择性输卵管造影和再通术。结果:35例病人共61条黏连梗阻输卵管经治疗后共有51条再通。其中,经过随访共有24例病人术后怀孕。结论:选择性输卵管造影加再通术是治疗不孕症的有效方法。Purpose: To explore the curative effects with changeable hyterosalpingography and operation of rapass on treating the infertility. Materials and Methods: Collecting 35 cases with one side or both sides peritubal adhesions confirmed by hysterosalpingography were carried out changeable hysterosaolpingography and operation of repass. Rasults: The whole 51 of 61 adhesive peritubals from 35 cases were passed again by curing, of them, 24 patients were pregnant after operation by following survey. Conclusions: Changeable hysterosalpingography together with operation of repass is a effective method in the treation of the infertility.
