5-氟脲嘧啶治疗异位妊娠的适应证和疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察 5 -Fu静脉给药治疗异位妊娠疗效及安全性 ,并探讨其应用适应证和监测指标 .用 5 -Fu 2 8～ 3 0mg/ (kg .d-1)静脉给药 ,注药后记录患者自觉症状 ,定时进行血 β -HCG水平监测和“B”超检查直至正常 .结果 5 1例患者 42例成功 .提示在严密观察下本法可适用于过去认为不宜 5 -Fu治疗的异位妊娠者 .血Observe the curative effect and the secure though 5-Fu intravenous injection to treat ectopic pregnancy,dicuss the indication and supervise target,write down the patient's symptom after 5-Fu 28～30 mg/(kg.d) intravenous injection,fix the time to supervise the blood β-HCG and examine 'B' supersonic until normal.42 samples succeeded among 51 patients.This method be fit for treating ectopic pregnancy,the blood β-HCG level and dynamic state can be used as medicine and target of caesarean.
