糖尿病产生血尿的原因与糖尿病肾病关系研究

摘　　要：目的　分析 2型糖尿病产生血尿的原因及探讨与糖尿病肾病之间的关系。方法　回顾 S性地总结 2 0 0 0 -0 7～ 2 0 0 3- 0 3我院内科 2型糖尿病合并血尿 30例的临床资料。结果　血尿原因为多方面 ,包括糖尿病和非糖尿病因素 ,如感染、缺血性肾病、高尿酸血症、肾结石、梗阻性尿路病、原发性和继发性肾小球肾炎等。结论　糖尿病合并血尿并不一定存在糖尿病肾病。大部分血尿原因通过临床检查可以确诊 ,少数病例需经有创检查方能明确诊断。Objective To study the causes of hematuria in 30 patients with tape 2diabetic mellitus and the relationship between hematuria and diabetic nephropathy.Methods The clinical data were summarized retrospectively in 30 patients with tape 2 diabetic mellitus complicated with hematuria diagnosed and treated in our department from 2000 to 2003.Results Hematuria was caused by various factors, including diabetic mellitus and non diabetic mellitus, such as infection,ischemic nephyropathy,uricacidemia,nephrolithiasis,obstructive uropathy ,primary and secondary glomerulopathy.Conclusion The occurrence of hematuria could not be associated with diabetic nephropathy in most cases. Pathogenic factors could be verified by various clinical examinations. Traumatic examination were helpful for the diagnosis in some hypochondriasis.
