摘 要:成都体育场钢筋混凝土罩棚挑梁采用部分预应力混凝土结构,其尾段与框架顶部立柱整体现浇,悬伸部分划分为1~4段块体悬臂拼接,拼接面齿状榫日用环氧树脂粘接。拼接一段块体后,即张拉1~2束预应力钢丝,在挑梁尾部端面锚固,借钢丝束的预加拉力,对块体施加压力,将拼接块体联成整体,在高空无支架的情况下完成整榀大跨悬挑罩棚梁的施工。由于进行了足尺结构试验和荷载试验,模板制作精确,吊装、张拉中采取了一系列措施,保证了顺利施工。The construction of R.C. rigid frame and cantilever girder canopy of the Chengdu city stadium has been staged as the following, namely: (1) R.C. rigid frame cast-in-situ; (2) cantilever girder canopy fabricated in 4-pieces with epoxy binder sawtooth joints; (3) stage-by-stage installation of the cantilever canopy connected monolithically with the R.C. rigid frame by the post-tensioning method.It is specifically to be noted that the post-tensioning cables have been securely ahchored with the ends of R.C. rigid frame and played the key role in monolithic construction. Furthermore, a series of technological post-tensioned systems and erection methods have been prepared carefully such as, the precise formwork, and the full scale structure loading tests etc. All these have pledged the complete success of this high-altitude canstruction. The article could possibly be a good reference for the construction of R.C. cantilever canopy of stadium in the future.
