摘　　要：目的:建立旋光法测定盐酸乙胺丁醇片含量的方法。方法:采用Hg灯,在436nm波长处,对盐酸乙胺丁醇片进行含量测定。结果:盐酸乙胺丁醇在0.4～4mg·ml^(-1)范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,回收率为99.7％,RSD为0.43％(n=6)。结论:方法简便、重现性好,能满足制剂质量标准的要求。To establish an accurate method for the determination of ethambutol hydrochloride tablet. Method: To determinate the content of ethambutol hydrochloride tablet by polarimeter at 436nm using Hg lamp. Result: The standard curve was linear in the range of 0. 4-4mg · ml-1,r = 0. 9999,the average recovery was 99. 7% ,RSD was 0. 53% (n = 6 ). Con-clusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for the determination of ethambutol hydrochloride tablet.
