对氯苯重氮氨基偶氮苯的合成及其与镍的显色反应

摘　　要：报道了新试剂对氯苯重氮氨基偶氮苯的合成、纯化、结构鉴定及性质。研究了该试剂在TritonX 10 0存在下与镍的显色反应。在pH10 2的硼砂 -氢氧化钠缓冲介质中 ,试剂与镍形成 3∶1橙红色络合物 ,其最大吸收波长位于 5 0 4nm处 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 2 5× 10 5,镍的浓度在 0～ 0 2 4mg/L的范围内符合比尔定律。方法应用于铝合金中镍的测定 ,结果满意。A new triazene reagent pchlorobenzenediazoaminoazobenzene(pCBDAA)has been synthesized,purified and identifiedThe color reaction of this reagent with nickel has been studiedThe results show that in the presence of Triton X100 and borax buffer solution at pH 102,the reagent reacts with nickel to form an orange stable complex with a molar ratio of 3∶1, the complex has a maximum absorption at 504 nmThe apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is 125×105L·mol-1·cm-1,Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-7μg per 25mL for nickel*'The method has been applied to determine nickel in aluminium alloy with satisfactory results
