摘　　要：将复合碳硅锰样品研磨至过>180目筛,与微晶纤维素粘结剂混匀,压制成40mm样品压片,用PW1606X射线荧光光谱仪测定其中的Si,Mn,P。测定结果准确、稳定,满足科研、生产分析要求。方法简便、快速。Carbonsilicomanganese compound material was milled into a powder of <88μmThe powders were mixed with binder and ground uniformly and pressed into 40mm pelletThe prepared specimen was loaded in PW1606 Xray spectrometer to determine Si,Mn,P in carbonsilicomanganese compound material The accuracy and precision of the method could meet the demand of quality control in production or scientific research
