摘 要:为了探明甘蓝型油菜杂交种云油杂1号青海制种是否具有异地优势,以及能否减轻不育系的微花粉,降低杂交种不育株率,以云油杂1号的亲本为材料,分别在青海和云南昆明两地制种,然后在昆明作杂种F1的比较试验。结果表明:青海种子播种后出苗整齐、出苗率高,苗期表现一定的营养优势。青海种子不育株率显著降低,但结角层变薄、单株有效角果数变少,其它经济性状没有显著性差异。初步探明:青海制的杂交油菜种子不育株率显著降低,但不具有产量上的异地优势。In order to investiate the ex - situ superiority of hybrid and possibility of reducing the mini - pollen of sterile lines and the percentage of sterile plants in rape、A comparison experiment was conducted in Kunming with F| hybrid seeds of variety'Yunyouza 1' produced in Qinghai and Yunnan separately、 The results showed that the hybrid seed from Qinghai performanced certain superiority during vegetative stages,and obviously decreased the rate of sterile plants,but with thinner layer of pods and less number of seed - set pods per plant compared with seed from Kunming, and no significant difference in other economic straits were observed, which means that hybrid seeds produced from Qinghai decreases the percentage of sterile plants, but there is no ex situ superiority in yield.
