摘  要:研究了Ce4 + /Ce3+ 做氧化媒质间接电合成对甲氧基苯甲醛的槽型结构 .结果表明 ,隔膜电解槽与无隔膜电解槽相比 ,电解收率和电流效率较高 ;在无隔膜电解槽内 ,槽压低 0 .85V ,通过调节阴阳极面积比 ,减少在阳极区Ce3+ 电解氧化生成的Ce4 + 在阴极区被还原为Ce3+ ,电耗比隔膜电解槽减少 70 .6kW·h/t,生产对甲氧基苯甲醛电耗减少 5The cell structure of p methoxybenzaldehyde by the indirect electrosynthesis using ceric/cerous as electrolytic medium was studied. The results indicated that electrolytic yield and current efficiency in an electrolytic cell with a diaphragm were higher than those in electrolytic cell without a diaphragm. Cell voltage in an electrolytic cell without a diaphragm was 0.85?V lower than that in an electrolytic cell with a diaphragm. By control of the area ratio of cathode and anode, Ce 4+ reduction on cathode was decreased in an electrolytic cell without a diaphragm. Power consumption in an electrolytic cell without a diaphragm was 70.6?kW·h/t fewer than that in an electrolytic cell with diaphragm, and on electrosynthesis of p methoxybenzaldehyde it was 590?kW·h/t fewer than that in an electrolytic cell with diaphragm.
