磷钼杂多酸催化合成苹果酯的研究

摘　　要：用磷钼杂多酸催化合成苹果酯 ,催化剂用量少 ,产率较高 。Fructose was synthesized by the catalyst of phosphomolybdic acid, the content of catalyst is small and the yield of fructose is higher than other catalysts. The experiment shows that the phosphomolybdic acid is better catalyst to the synthesization of fructose.
