荆州魔芋软腐病及其病原菌初步研究

摘　　要：荆州魔芋软腐病发生始期在6月上旬,随后发病速度加快,7月中下旬至8月中下旬为盛发期,9月上旬终止,病株死亡率达68.82%。经鉴定病原菌为胡萝卜软腐欧文氏菌胡萝卜致病变种(Erwiniacarotovorapv carotovora),该菌10～40℃内均能生长,适温范围20～35℃。The occurrence of konjaku's soft rot disease in Jingzhou starts during early June, and worsens quickly; the peak period is from late July to late August; terminates in early SeptemberThe total crop death rate amounts to 68.82%.The Pathogenic bacteria was found to be Erwinia carotovora pv carotovora, whose optimal growth temperature is 20～35 ℃ . 
