摘  要:对低温及低温下药剂处理对李花粉萌发的影响进行了研究,结果表明:低温能明显降低李花粉萌发率,尤其会减慢花粉萌发和花粉管伸长速率。400 mg/L的硼酸能极显著提高花粉萌发率,低于此浓度促进作用不显著,高于此浓度则有抑制作用;钼酸钠在10~40 mg/L浓度范围内均有显著的促进作用;萘乙酸在5~10 mg/L低浓度下促进作用显著,20 mg/L及其以上浓度却有显著抑制作用;赤霉素则以100 mg/L和50 mg/L的高浓度促进作用显著,而在5 mg/L和10 mg/L的低浓度效果不显著。除了5 mg/L的萘乙酸能显著促进花粉管的伸长外,其它各处理对花粉管伸长的影响均不显著。Effect of temperatures, mineral nutrients and plant growth regulators (PGRs) used at low temperature on germination rate of pollen and growth of pollen tubes were studied with plum cul-tivars as experimental materials. Low temperature obviously decreased germination rate of pollen , and especially slowed growth of pollen tubes. 400 mg/L boric acid,10-40 mg/L sodium molybdate, 5-10 mg/L a-naphthalene acetic acid and 50 mg/L and 100 mg/L gibberellic acid significantly or very significantly promoted pollen germination,but 100 mg/L and 200 mg/L boric acid and 5 mg/L and 10 mg/L gibberellic acid had not significantly promoting effect on it and boric acid at higher concentration (> 400 mg/L) significantly decreased it. AI1 treatments had not significantly effect on growth of pollen tubes except for 5 mg/L crnaphthalene acetic acid which significantly promoted it.
