不同因子对甘蓝型油菜愈伤组织诱导影响的分析

摘　　要：探讨了基因型、生长调节剂、外植体和光照等因子对甘蓝型油菜愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明,生长调节剂是影响油菜愈伤组织诱导的关键因子,不同基因型愈伤诱导的出愈率差异不显著,不同外植体愈伤诱导的效果不同,同一外植体在不同生长调节剂组合中的诱导效果也不同,光照对愈伤诱导频率影响不明显,但对下胚轴愈伤形成的特征则有影响。The effects of genotypes, growth regulators, explants and illumination conditions upon callus induction of Brassica napus were studied. The results showed that the growth regulator was crucial to induce callus of rapeseed; there were no significant difference of frequency of callus induced from cotyledon among different genotypes; different explants had obvious diversity on the same induction medium, and the induced effects of the same explants were different on the medium supplied with different growth regulator combinations; the effects of light and darkness upon callus induction rate in cotyledons and hypocotyls were virtually the same, but the effects on the characters of callus formed from hypocotyls were diiferent.
