摘  要:期望输出的给定是偏振干涉滤光片设计的关键。首次采用遗传算法对期望输出进行全局优化 ,并详细分析了其实现过程。设计出的偏振干涉滤光片输出光谱具有过渡带宽窄且波纹小等显著优点 ,现已成功应用到LCOS液晶投影仪的分色Specifying the desired response is key to design of polarization interference filter.In this paper,a powerful technique based on Genetic Algorithm (GA) is introduced for optimization of the desired response and discussed in detail for the first time.The result shows that the spectrum of PIF based on GA has many advantages,such as narrower transition bandwidth and lower band ripple,which account for the fact that PIF has been successfully used for color separation and recombination in new developing LCOS projection optical sub system.
