1990～1995年北京口岸回国人员疾病监测结果分析

摘　　要：本文报道了1990～1995年经北京口岸回国的13637名人员疾病监测体检结果分析。从13637名人员中检出HIV感染者、肺结核、疟疾、埃及血吸虫病、HBsAg阳性者、痢疾等460例,占被监测人数的3.37％;心脏病、高血压等非传染病402例,占被监测人数的2.95％。这些数据的获取,为今后开展疾病监测工作提供依据,并对来自不同地区、不同时间患病人数作了对比分析。分析结果提示卫生检疫机关对出国人员在出国前应做好卫生保健咨询,采取必要的预防措施,对降低回国人员的患病率、保护我国出国人员的身体健康是十分必要的。13637 Chinese returnees through Beijing Port during 1990-1995 were examined physically and the surveillance results were analysed in ths paper. Among them,460(3.37%) cases infected with communicable diseases which included HIV infection, pulmonary tuberculosis, malaria, schis-tosomiasis haematoia, HBsAg positivity, dysentery were founded; 402 ( 2.95 % ) cases suffered from non-communicable diseases included heart diseases and hypertension were founded. The number of patients which returned from different areas at different time were also compared here. These data provided scientific basis for developing diseases surveillance. The analytical results suggested the health and quarantine organizations provide health care to the travellers who will go consultation abroad before their departure, and it be necessary to adopt essential preventive measures to lessen the prevalence rate in the Chinese returnees in order to protect Chinese people's health.
