摘　　要：针对大开间灵活分隔多层住宅承重墙减少和楼板跨度加大的特点,本文结合6处27栋16万 m^2的试点工程施工,介绍这种形式住宅的楼板、大模板现浇混凝土墙、砖砌内墙、内隔墙等部位的施工方法,并提出了流水段划分、机具配备、劳动组织等施工管理措施和叠合楼板、硬架支模等技术措施。最后提出了施工、材料等方面有待改进之处。In view of the characteristics of flexible big-bay and large-span room multi-storied dwellings, and basing upon the 27-apartments of 6-sections with an overall 160000m^2 housing trial projects,this article has introduced categorically their construction methods as follows namely:its floors,its cast-in-situ big- panel concrete walls,its interior brick walls,and its interior partition walls.Besides,it has also put forward those construction methods and operstion processes such as:its stage-flow-production,its machinery and equipment,its labour organization,its management and administration,and its composite floors as well as its scaffolding technology.In conclusion,it has suggested some points about construction measures and building materials pending to be improved in the future.
