摘　　要：本文总结了大开间灵活分隔多层住宅结构的特点和计算方法。在研究、试验和工程实践的基础上,提出了对这类住宅结构设计的建议,包括结构布置和构造、设计假定、计算方法及截面设计。最后结合试点工程,介绍了高层少内纵墙住宅结构的设计,并提出应注意的几个问题。This article is a summary of the structural characteristics and calculations of the flexible big- bay and large-span room dwellings.Upon the basis of research,testing samples and practical examples,it has put forward the following suggestions about its structural designs including categorically its structural planning,its structural construction,its structural hypothesis,its structural calculation,and its structural cross section.In accordance with the testing projects,it has finally introduced some designs for the highrise dwellings with the least longitudinal walls,and some major issues that should be well taken care of in its structural design.
