摘  要:自蔓延高温合成是材料合成新技术,具有工艺简便、能耗低、无污染、效率高等特点,应用该技术制造的复合钢管具有耐磨、耐蚀、隔热等优点,SHS复合管的性能决定于内衬陶瓷层性能。从提高陶瓷层致密度、韧性、表面质量及降低裂纹率等方面,综述了提高SHS复合管内衬陶瓷层性能的措施。Self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) is a new technology for material synthesis, havingthe characteristics of low energy consumption, small pollution, simple process and high efficiency. Compound pipesproduced by SHS have many advantages such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, etc. and itsproperties depend on the performance of inner ceramics layer. The measures to improve the performance of the innerceramics layer of SHS compound pipes are summarized in regard of improving compactness, toughness, surface quali-ty and reducing crack ratio of the ceramics layer.
