乌苏里蝮消化道5-羟色胺免疫活性细胞的分布与形态学观察

摘　　要：应用 5 -羟色胺特异性抗血清 ,对乌苏里蝮 ( Gloydius ussuriensis)消化道内分泌细胞进行了免疫组织化学定位 .结果表明 :5 -羟色胺 ( 5 - HT)免疫活性细胞在乌苏里蝮消化道各段都有分布 ,其中幽门部 5 - HT免疫活性细胞分布密度为最高 ,食管部最低 .同时对其分布型的原因、形态和功能相适应的特点进行了讨论 .The presence of 5-HT cells had been investigated by the anti-5-HT antiserum in the digestive tract of Gloydius ussuriensis. The results were as following: the 5-HTIR (5-HT immunological activity) cells were observed throughout the digestive tract, the distribution of 5-HTIR cells in Gloydius ussuriensis; the highest density in pyloricus,rarely in the oesophagus.Considering feeding habit and life environment, the distributive mode of 5-HT cells was discussed.
