摘　　要：面对通货紧缩,降息是为数不多的有效手段之一。频繁使用这一手段总能有效吗?为什么还要再次降息?降算会有多大空间?其作用会不会发生"边际递减"?这些都需要从对降息的客观效果、降息的困难与出路的认真分析来寻找答案。这样,才能适当地利用降息手段来有效地应对通货紧缩。In face of deflation, interest rates cut is one of the valid means. Is it useful to use this means very often? Can this means lead to 'marginal diminishing'? The paper analyzed the result and negative functions of the nterest rates cut, and pointed out The dilemma and the exit of the interest rates cut.
