摘　　要：研制的新型低合金空淬贝氏体球墨铸铁磨球 ,具有高硬度、较好的韧性和抗冲击磨损性 ,其生产工艺简单 ,制造成本低廉。通过耐磨性试验对比表明 :新型低合金空淬贝氏体球墨铸铁磨球其使用寿命是中锰球铁的 1 8倍 ,与高铬铸铁相当 。New lower_alloy air quenching bainite ductile iron grinding of tesearching and producing, have high hardness, better impact toughness, better impact wear-resistance propreties, and the imput for machinery and production cost have been reduced. It is known from the comparison with other materials that wear resistance test, service life of new lower-alloy air quenching bainite ductile iron grinding was 1.8 times higher than that of medium manganese ductile iron, and that is basic to act for high chromium cast iron. It is very valued.
