摘　　要：企业参考模型是企业业务过程中的相似性的结晶 .对国际上的著名企业参考模型体系结构 ,如CIM -OSA、ARIS、Baan、SAP和德国标准化研究所的企业参考模型体系结构的综合分析表明 :企业参考模型的特点主要是 :行业的多层次性 ;跨行业的相似性 ;参考模型的标准化 ;模型的多样性 .Enterprise reference model is the abstract of the resemblance in the enterprise business process. The general analysis of the internationally famous enterprise reference model architectures such as CIM\|OSA, ARIS,Baan,SAP and the enterprise reference model architecture of Germany Standardization Research Institute shows that the characteristics of enterprise reference model are trade multi\|hierarchy,resemblance of cross\|trade,standardization of reference model and variety of models.
