摘　　要：通过分析“八五”和“九五”期间铁路资金筹集的主要渠道 ,提出用资产证券化筹集铁路建设资金 ,详细分析了我国铁路应用资产证券化融资的可行性 ,包括铁路适合资产证券化资产和应用资产证券化筹资的不利因素及解决办法。Through analyzing the main channels of railway raising funds during the period of 'the eighth five years' plan' and 'the ninth five years' plan',the paper puts forward the method of using Asset Securitization to achieve raising railway construction funds Apart from that,it also expounds the feasibility of using Asset Securitization to finance our country's railway,including that the railway fits, the fund of Asset securitization and the negative factors in using Asset Securitization to raise funds and their corresponding solving methods At last,it builds the concrete practical model for the railway to put Assct Securitization into practice
