摘 要:研究证明0~100μmol·L-1的LaCl3对于大豆Cu,Zn SOD的NBT光还原活性抑制作用具有明显影响,即受La3+作用,大豆Cu,Zn SOD活性动力学曲线为S形,同时受La3+作用Cu,Zn SOD的热稳定性明显提高。大豆Cu,Zn SOD受La3+作用的阈值浓度和饱和浓度分别为cLa3+=18μmol·L-1,cLa3+=65μmol·L-1。根据Hill系数3.9和荧光光谱分析,大豆Cu,Zn SOD分子中存在4个La3+的强结合位点。证明了La3+对Cu,Zn SOD具有明显的正协同效应。In recent years, the rare earths(RE) elements have been applied to medical science. The RE playes some positive actions in cancerresistance, antiinflammation, antiinbacterial, anticoagulation of blood, treating burn, taking part in immune process and so on.The effects of RE compounds on enzymes and lipid peroxidation process were reported.The superoxide dismutase(SOD) plays a very important role in the metabolism of bioactive oxygen, the superoxide theory regarding to the bioposion mechanism was established. The activity and thermostability of Cu, ZnSOD under LaCl3 action was studied. The results indicate that LaCl3 treatment with a level of 0~100 μmol·L-1 has a noticeable effect on the NBT photoreduction inhibitory action of Cu, ZnSOD in soybean. The active kinetic curve of Cu, ZnSOD shapes 'S' and thermostability rises apparently under the action of La3+. The threshold concentration and saturation concentration of Cu, ZnSOD subjected to the action of La3+ are 18 and 65 μmol·L-1 respectively. The conclusion is that there are 4 points to combine La3+ in Cu, ZnSOD reaches on the basis of analyses of Hill coefficent(3.9) and fluorescence spectrum. The study proved that the La3+ has an obvious positive syneryism on Cu, ZnSOD.
