摘　　要：目的 :建立一种胆乐化瘀片中大黄蒽醌含量的测定方法。方法 :采用 TU- 1 2 2 1紫外分光光度计进行比色分析。结果 :该法灵敏、简便、准确且稳定性好。结论 :该法可作为胆乐化瘀片中大黄蒽醌含量限度的常规测定方法。Objective:To set up a colorimetric assay for the determination of Rhubarb anthraquinones in Danlehuayu Tablet.Methods:It was determined in a 0.5% magniesium acetate-methanol solution at the wavelength of 510 nm by TU-1221 UV-VIS Recording Spectrophotometer.Results:The method was found to be sensitive, easy to operate, accurate and stable.Conclusion:The method can be used in the determination of Rhubarb anthraquinones in Danlehuayu Tablet.
