摘　　要：目的 :为烧伤喷雾剂的临床应用提供理论依据。方法 :观察该药对家兔、豚鼠皮肤的急性毒性反应、刺激性、过敏反应以及皮肤烫伤试验。结果 :该药对皮肤无急性毒性反应 ,无刺激性、无过敏反应 ;有利于伤口的愈合。结论 :该药对皮肤无不良反应 ,且具有抗炎、抑菌 ,活血化瘀 ,改善创面的微循环和营养供应 ,保护汗腺 ,皮脂腺及毛囊等功能 ,有利于创面的皮化 ,减轻瘢痕 。Objective: To give the theoretical basis for the clinical application of Burn Spray.Methods:Animals (rabbits, guinea pigs) were used to make the experiment. The acute toxic reaction, the stimulation, the auergic reaction to skin and skin scald test were observed respectively about the medicine.Results:It proved that the medicine had no acute toxic reactions, no stimulation, no auergic reactions, and contributed to healing of the wounds.Conclusion:The medicine has no adverse reaction to skin, moreover, it has many functions such as anti-imflammatory, being bacteriostatic, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, improving the microcirculation and nutrition supply of the surface of wounds, and protecting sudoriferous gland, sebaceous glands and fo uiculus pili and so on, and it contributes to the skinning of the surface of wounds, and it can reduce the scars to make the skin restored swiftly.
