甲癣浸剂的质量标准及体外抗菌试验

摘　　要：目的 :为甲癣浸剂制定质量标准 ,控制其内在质量 ,观察甲癣浸剂的抗菌效果 ,为其临床应用提供实验依据。方法 :采用试管连续稀释法对甲癣浸剂进行了体外抗菌试验研究。结果 :甲癣浸剂对白色念珠菌有较大的抗菌作用 ,同时对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌也有较强的抑杀作用。结论 :甲癣浸剂临床用于治疗手足癣。Objective:The antimicrobial effects in vitro of Jiaxuanjinji were observed. This study may serve as an experimental basis.Methods:The quality standard were stipulated. The antimicrobial tests of its were studied by using tubes serial dilution method.Results:The results showed that Candida albicans could be inhibited and killed by its, as well as Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bawllus subtilis, Escherichia coli .Conclusion:It has certainly scientific reasons that it was used for treating ringworm of hands, feet and ringworm of the nails.
