摘　　要：目的 :推介松树蔸“一步法”栽培茯苓技术。方法 :选育优良菌种 ,直接在不作任何处理的树蔸上接种栽培。通过多批次的试种 ,完善松树蔸“一步法”栽培茯苓的技术措施 ,并与“传统法”进行比较。结果与结论 :松树蔸“一步法”栽培茯苓简单可行 ,生产成本很低 ,值得大力推广。This experiment aims to spread the one-step cultivation of Poria cocos (Schw.) Wolf with pine stump. one-step cultivation means to inoculate the selected Poria cocos (Schw.) Wolf directly on the pine stump without any treatment. After baches experiment, one-step cultivation is improved and compared with the traditional cultivation of Poria cocos (Schw.) Wolf, and one-step cultivation has its advantages of simple and convenient operation, low prduction cost One-step cultivation is worth being spreaded.
