摘　　要：就设计、建立企业模型以及企业再工程进行了探讨 .提出一种企业数据模型高层类的设计方法 ,并结合零售企业的特点得到一个零售企业顶层类的概念模型 。A discussion about an Enterprise Design (ED) and its Mo deling (EM), and the Enterprise Reengineering (ER) was shown. A design method wa s given for modeling the top-level class of Enterprise Data Model (EDM). Accord ing to the features of retailing enterprises, a top-level class conceptual mode l of retailing enterprises was presented. The source data and the subject of ret ailing DW were studied based on the top-level class.
