摘 要:用固固相P-Al同晶取代的方法,采用焙烧和微波两种加热方式磷改性斜发沸石,并用27Al、29Si和31P高分辨MASNMR表征磷改性前后斜发沸石骨架上的硅铝变化.结果表明,两种方法都能使沸石骨架Al脱除,形成八面体Al(H2O)3+6,骨架硅铝比显著增大,微波法对斜发沸石骨架P-Al同晶取代效果比焙烧法好.同时,两种方法对磷改性斜发沸石的骨架结构影响也不同.Clinoptilolite is modified by the calcination and microwave irradiation methods with solidsolid isomorphous substitution of P2O5 as a modified agent.The change of silicon and aluminum contents in the framework of phosphorus modified clinoptilolites is characterized by27Al, 29Si,31P MAS NMR.The results show that dealumination in the framework is taken place in the two modified clinoptilolites,which are translated to octahedrally coordinated aquated alumina Al(H2O)3+6.The ratio of silicon and aluminum in the framework (Si/Al)B increases obviously.Phosphorus isomorphous substitution for aluminum in the framework by the wicrowave irradiation method is better than the calcination.Also,the influence on the structure of clinoptilolite′s framework is different in the two phosphorus modified methods.
