摘  要:研究过时效温度和时间对低碳Si Mn冷轧双相钢的力学性能和组织的影响 ,结果发现 ,过时效温度对双相钢力学性能影响很大。在 30 0℃以下 ,屈服强度和屈强比都较低 ,在 350℃以上 ,屈服强度和屈强比大大提高 ,并且出现了上下屈服现象。 30 0~ 350℃之间是屈服强度急剧上升的温度。过时效时间对双相钢性能的也有较弱的类似影响。过时效温度上升仅造成双相钢中马氏体的相对量较小的下降 ,但对马氏体岛的形貌有较大影响 ,在较高过时效温度下的马氏体岛的分解 。Effect of over ageing on the mechanical properties and microstructure of Si Mn dual phase steel sheets was studied. It is found that the mechanical properties of the steel are greatly affected by over ageing temperature. The yield strength and YS/TS ratio of the steel aged between 300~350℃ increase sharply, meanwhile the yield point is observed. Over ageing time has similar effect as that of over ageing temperature. The increase of over ageing temperature only causes moderate decrease of martensite volume fraction but the influence of ageing temperature on the morphology of martensite island is evident. So the decomposition of martensite islands at higher over ageing temperature is the most probable explanation for the drastic change of the ratio of YS/TS.
