摘  要:利用溶解度、溶液粘度和砂芯抗压强度的测定,粘结剂固化膜和粘结桥断口的扫描电镜(SEM)分析,研究了硼砂在碱性水溶液中的溶解现象、对CO2固化甲阶酚醛树脂粘结剂性能的影响以及过量硼酸盐在粘结桥中的存在状态。结果表明,在碱性水溶液中硼砂的溶解度比纯水中要大得多,碱性越强,硼砂的溶解度越大;随着硼砂含量的增大,粘结剂的粘度逐渐增大,而粘结强度则先增大,后减小,在含量为11%时出现极大值;过量的硼酸盐会以结晶盐的形式存在于粘结桥中,使粘结剂的粘结强度下降。The solubility of sodium tetraborate in aqueous solution of NaOH, the influences of sodium tetraborate on property of CO2-cured phenol-formaldehyde resol resin and the state of the excess borate in bonding bridge were investigated by the measurements of the sol ution viscosity and the compressive strength of core sample, the scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis of bonding bridge fracture.The result shows that the solubility of sodium tetrabor ate in aqueous solution of NaOH is bigger than that in pure water,the bigger content of NaOH is,the bigg er solubility of sodium tetraborate is and the viscosity of the binder increases with increasing of sodium tetraborate contents,but the compression strength of the binder increase s at first and then decreases,a maximum appeared at its content of 11%.The excess borate can form crystal in bonding bridge.It makes the binder strength to decrease. 
