摘  要:根据大庆葡北油田的地质特征、开发方案 ,以及套管损坏井的分布和套管的损坏形式 ,利用数理统计方法 ,统计分析了该地区的套管损坏与地层倾角、注水压力的关系 .结果表明 :低渗透油田的高压注水造成地层孔隙压力升高 ,地层产生变形 ,导致套管因挤压变形或错断 ,注水压力的增大是套管损坏的直接原因 ;地层倾角对套损也有明显的影响 ,地层倾角越大 ,套损率越高 .According to the geological properties, development plan, and distribution and damaged forms of casing failure wells in Pubei Oilfield, the relationship of casing failure wells with stratigraphic dip and injection pressure are obtained with statistical analysis. The high pressure water is injected in low permeability zone for stable production, which results in the increase of formation pore pressure, resulting in formation deform and casing damage. The statistical result indicates that the slip of bed interface is the main cause of casing failure in Pubei Oilfield; the more the formation dip is, the more frequent is the casing failure; the effect of faults on casing failure is obvious . Injection pressure is a direct cause of casing failure. Mudstone is a main target to study damaged casing wells.
