摘  要:分析了宋方屯油田注水水质及注水管线中垢样的组成 ;运用水的结垢因子法和还原菌腐蚀机理研究了宋芳屯油田注水系统管线结垢的原因 .结果表明 :宋芳屯油田注入水都有结碳酸钙垢的趋势 ;若采用清水污水交替注入方式 ,易为硫酸盐还原菌的繁殖提供适宜温度 ,当杀菌剂质量浓度不够时 ,易在井底产生FeS垢 ;注水中总铁含量高 ,且浅井中的水有一定量的氧 ,在铁细菌与溶解氧的作用下 ,易在供水管线中产生含Fe(OH) 3和Fe2 O3的混合物垢 .Based on the systematic analysis of the composition of the injection water and the scale in injection water system, considering scaling factor of water and corrosion mechanism, the scale substances , the bacteria in the water and their composition of Song Fangtun Oilfiedth, the cause of inorganic scale formation on the pipeline surface of water injection system is studied. It is certain that all the waters used for reservoir flooding at the Song Fangtun Oilfield tend to form CaCO 3 scale; and if alternate injection of the fresh water and the produced water is carried out, the proper temperature for sulfate bacteria procreating occurrs, the FeS scale may be produced in the well bottom at the condition of low concentration of bactericides used. If high concentration of iron is in the injection water and a little of oxygen is dissolved in the water of shallow well, and the action of the iron bacteria and oxygen, the mixed scale of Fe(OH) 3 and Fe 2O 3 are produced on the surface of the water supply lines.
