摘  要:为了节能降耗 ,提出了节能抽油机的设计准则 .对比了各种传动方式 ,认为采用柔性与刚性相结合的传动方案 ,可使抽油机获得 5~ 8m的冲程 ,是提高泵效和降低电机功率的有效途径 .根据渐开线的特性 ,设计出定径大天轮与变径小天轮组合的结构 ,可减少曲柄轴上转矩和变化幅度 ,从而减少电机功率 ,实现节能的目的 .针对易损件钢丝绳的失效机理 ,提出了提高钢丝绳使用寿命的具体措施 .The design criteria for involute pumping unit is presented in this paper to meet the practical need of power saving in oil field. Through comparing different driving schemes, a structure that combines wrapping connector driving with rigid driving is adopted to obtain a 5 to 8 meter long stroke, thus may increase the efficiency of pump and decrease driving motor power at the same time. A compound head sheave is designed based on the involute features, in which a big constant diameter sheave and a small reducer one are included to decrease crank torque and its amplitude. The wire rope used in the pumping unit is a wearing part, whose failure mechanism is studied and the corresponding measures are proposed to prolong its life span.
