摘 要:草莓低倍性野生种中蕴藏着丰富优良性状的基因资源,由于染色体倍性差异,将野生低倍性种质优良性状基因向栽培种凤梨草莓转移存在一定障碍。对采用有性杂交结合染色体加倍、原生质体培养和体细胞融合获得种间杂种的技术作了综述,并对种间杂交后代的鉴定作了简介,同时展望了我国原产草莓低倍性野生种质导入栽培品种的意义和技术途径。There are lots of desirable characters in native strawberry species which are lower ploidy, not like the octoploid cultivated strawberry (Fragaria ananassa Duch.). It would be quite useful to use incorporate the single character of the native strawberry species or the genome of them to broadening the genetic basis of cultivated strawberry. But the polyploid nature and distant genome of native species always bring about a series of difficulties in incorporating desirable genes into the cultivated strawberry. Methods and strategy of incorporation characters from native species with lower chromosome number in to cultivated strawberry by interspecific hybridization combined with chromosome doubling and somatic hybridization are reviewed in this article; some identification methods of hybrid offspring are briefly introduced as well. Meanwhile, the necessity and strategy of incorporation characters from Chinese native strawberry species with lower than the octoploid chromosome number into cultivated strawberry are discussed.
