花前喷施腐胺对荔枝子房乙烯释放量与雌蕊寿命的影响  

Effects of Pre-bloom Putrescine Spray on the Release of Ethylene in the Ovaries and the Pistil Receptivity in Litchi

摘　　要：研究了荔枝(Litchi chinensis Sonn.)在开花前2d喷施腐胺对子房乙烯释放量和雌蕊寿命的影响。结果表明:喷施30 mg/L腐胺(Put)后于不同时期授粉,均降低了荔枝子房(幼果)内乙烯的释放量,延长了雌蕊寿命2～3d,从而延长了有效授粉期,提高了坐果率,其中以雌花开放的第2天授粉坐果率最高。据此认为在开花前喷施腐胺提高坐果的原因与其减少乙烯的释放量和延长雌蕊寿命有关。Effects of pre-bloom spray of putrescine on the release of ethylene in the ovaries and the pistil receptivity in litchi (Litchi chinensis Sonn. cv. Nuomici) were studied. The results showed that a single putrescine spray at 30 mg/L 2 days before female bloom decreased the ethylene release in the ovaries and extended the pistil receptivity by 2-3 days, and hence increased fruit set. Moreover, the highest fruit set was obtained when pollination was done on the second day after female bloom. It is suggested that fruit set increased by pre-bloom putrescine spray in litchi is associated with the decrease of ethylene release in the ovaries and the extended pistil receptivity.
