摘  要:以5年生杏(Armeniaca vulgaris Lam.)叶片为试材,于5月21日对春梢叶片喷施6-苄基腺嘌吟,研究其对杏光合作用—净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、暗呼吸速率(Rr)以及光合色素含量(PPC)的影响。结果表明,12.5 mg/L处理与25 mg/L处理Pn增加幅度最大,50 mg/L处理对杏Pn和PPC影响最大,均达到最高。50和25 mg/L处理对Pn的影响分别是对照的2.7018倍和1.4673倍。Tr、Br随着6-苄基腺嘌呤处理浓度的升高而呈上升趋势。50 mg/L处理相对净光合速率与相对暗呼吸速率比值最大。Experiment was conducted with the leaves of 5-year-old apricot trees. The effects of 6-BA on the photosynthesis-net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiraton rate(Tr),respiratory rate(Rr) and photosynthetic pigment content (PPC) were studied after spraying the 6-BA on the leaves of spring shoot on May 21. The sprayed concentrations were 800,400,200,100,50 , 25, 12.5,6.25 and 0 mg/L (CK). Spray injury happened slightly was seen in the second day of treated concentration with 800 and 400 mg/L, in the third day after spraying, The Pn (reformation half-leaf method), Tr(quick weigh method), Rr(acid-base neutralization method) and PPC(spectrophotometric method) were examined. The weather changed from fine (sunny) to cloudy in the period of observation. The results showed that the 50 mg/L was the best one increased the Pn and PPG. Comparing with the control, the Pn was increased by 2.70 and 1.46 times respectively by sprayed with 50 and 25 mg/L 6-BA. Tr and Rr were raised along with the treated concentration. It is believed that spraying 6-BA on leaves in the vegetative period could effectively increase Pn and PPG; the suitable concentration were from 25 to 50 mg/L.
