摘　　要：介绍了以乙腈、乙醇、甲苯、硫酸和盐酸为原料,制备医药维生素B1中间体乙亚氨酸乙酯盐酸盐的新工艺。优化工艺条件为:乙腈13 2g、乙醇20g、甲苯23g、硫酸83g、盐酸56g,反应温度(28±1)℃,反应时间为14～16h。乙亚氨酸乙酯盐酸盐的产率≥95%。A new process for the preparation of acetimidoyl ethyl ether hydrochloride which is used as intermediate for vitamin B1 from acetonitrile,alcohol,toluene,sulfuric acid and chlorhydric acid was introduced. The optimum reaction conditions were:acetonitrile 13.2 g,alcohol 20 g,toluene 23 g,sulfuric acid 83 g,chlorhydric acid 56 g,reaction at (28±1)℃ for 14～ 16 h.The title compound acetimidoyl ethyl ether hydrochloride was obtained in ≥95% yield.
