摘　　要：以顺酐与甲醇为原料,固体酸为催化剂,合成了马来酸二甲酯。探讨了甲醇与顺酐的摩尔比、催化剂用量及反应时间对酯化收率的影响。结果表明:甲醇与顺酐摩尔比为8∶1,固体酸催化剂用量为顺酐量的1 5%,回流反应9h,产品收率大于95%。The maleic anhydride and methanol as raw material,solid acid as catalyst,the dimethyl maleate is synthesized.The effects of molar ratio of methanol to maleic anhydride,catalyst dose,and the reaction time on the yield of ester are discussed.The results showed that the yield of esterification was over 95% when the molar ratio of methanol to maleic anhydride was 8∶1,dose of solid acid catalyst 1.5%(to maleic anhydride),and reflux reaction for 9 h.
