摘　　要：进入21世纪民族寿险业的发展前景是广阔的,面临加入WTO后与国外保险公司的竞争,民族寿险业可谓机遇与挑战并存,竞争与发展同在,应在经营管理与运作模式上尽快与国际接轨。在人力资源与技术实力上有充分准备,才能立于不败之地。The prospect of the national We insurance is very promising in the 21th century. There exist opportunities and challenges; competition and development after China' s entry to WTO, So it should keep up with international life insurance in management and running pattern, make full preparation for manpower resource and technical strength, then can be in an invincible position.
