摘 要:目的 探讨护校女生抑郁与生活事件、应对方式、人格特征间的相互关系及其对抑郁的预测性 ,为改善其心理素质提供依据。方法 采用Zung’s抑郁自评量表 (SDS) ,青少年生活事件量表 ,应对方式问卷及修订的艾森克个性问卷 (EPQ) ,对广州市某护校 16~ 2 0岁 42 2名女生进行测查。结果 抑郁检出率 2 3 .46% ,一、三年级女生SDS分及抑郁检出率显著高于二年级 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;消极应对分、生活事件应激值、N量表分均与SDS显著正相关 (r =0 .3 69,0 .3 78,0 .40 7,P <0 .0 1) ,积极应对分、E量表分与SDS显著负相关 (r =-0 .3 2 4,-0 .3 3 7,P <0 .0 5 ) ;各因子间也存在一些显著性相关 ;多元回归分析提示 :N量表分 ,生活事件及消极应对分对抑郁发生有显著预测作用。结论 一、三年级女生是抑郁发生的高危人群 ;生活事件、应对方式人格特征对护校女生抑郁的发生既有直接的影响 ,又存在交互作用。Objective To explore the relationship between life events, coping style, personality and depression in nurse students. Method 422 Female students of nursing school aged 16~20 were investigated with ASLEC (the adolescent self rating life events checklist) ,CSQ (coping style questionnaire), EPQ (Eysenck personality questionnaire) and SDS (Zung'self rating depression scale). Results The rate of depression was 23.46%, grade 2 had lowest depression among the three grades , There was positve correlation between depression and stress intensity of life events,between depression and negative coping scores , between depression and scores of N. Multipe regression indicated that the N scores of EPQ. Stress of life events and negative coping style were significant predictors of depression.Conclusion In nurse students, grade 1 and grade 3 have highter level of depression ,which in turn has some relation to life events,coping style and personality of the students.
