广西壮族和汉族青年指纹白线的研究

摘　　要：目的　填补广西壮族青年指纹白线的空白 ,为人类学、法医学和临床应用提供参考数据。方法　对右江民族医学院和广西医科大学 17～ 2 1岁本科生壮族男 15 6例 ,女 15 8例 ;汉族男 15 4例 ,女 15 8例 ,共 62 6例 ,12 5 2侧手 ,62 60个手指的指纹白线出现频率进行观察比较分析。结果　各指指纹白线出现率壮族青年 9.11% ,汉族青年 10 .16% ,壮族青年女性 >男性 ,差异有高度显著性 (χ2 =3 5 .5 86,P <0 .0 1) ,汉族青年男女之间以及壮、汉族之间差异无显著性 ;每人指纹白线出现率壮族青年为 3 3 .12 % ,汉族青年为 2 8.85 % ,差异无显著性 (χ2 =1.3 3 7,P >0 .0 5 ) ,同民族内性别差异不明显 ,单双手之间差异也无显著性。结论　广西壮族青年各指指纹白线出现率性别差异有显著意义 。Objective To fill up the linea alba blank data of Zhuang youths in Guangxi and to provide reference data for anthropology, medical jurisprudence and clinical applications. Methods Inspections and comparative analysis on the frequency of occurrences of finger print linea albas of 626 undergraduates of both genders (156 males and 158 females) aging from 17 to 21 from Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities and Guangxi Medical University. Results The occurrences of linea albas on finger prints for Zhuang youths was 9.11% and that for the Han ones was 10.16%, proportion layout: female >male in Zhuang youths with a highly significant differential (χ 2=35.586,P<0.01). Significant variances were not found between Han females and males or between Zhuang and Han youths. The occurrences of finger print linea albas was 33.12% in Zhuang youths and 28.85% in Han youths without significant differentia (χ 2=1.337,P>0.05). The sex difference of that of the same races was not obvious and no distinctiveness was found between a single one hand and both hands. Conclusion The sex difference of finger print linea albas in Zhuang youths in Guangxi is of prominent significance. Finger print linea albas occur mostly in the thumbs.
