以甲醛为还原剂制备超细铜粉的研究

摘　　要：研究了采用葡萄糖预还原法 ,以甲醛为还原剂制备超细铜粉的工艺 ,并且制得了 2 0～40 0 nm范围的超细铜粉。通过实验 ,研究了制备工艺条件 :温度、p H值、表面活性剂、抗氧化剂对超细铜粉的粒度、均匀性、防蚀性等的影响 ,获得了较佳工艺条件。This paper discusses the technology of preparing ultrafine copper powder by using formaldehyde as the reducer and the prereduction method with glucose. And 20～400 nm superfine copper powder is produced. Through the experiments, the authors discuss the effect of the conditions of preparation ( temperature , pH, surfactant, antioxidant) on the superfine copper powder's granularity, equality, anticorrosion etc. Better processes are obtained.
