摘　　要：胜利油田东辛采油厂至1998年底共有停产井769口,通过对停产原因进行综合分析,有针对性地实施了防砂、电加热、水力喷射泵、斜井防偏磨等工艺技术,挖掘停产井潜力,使开井数增加,开发效果得到改善.1999-2001年共实施工艺扶停产井297口,累产油31.3×104 t,扶停效果明显.Dongxin Oil Recovery Plant of Shengli Oilfield has totally 769 shutdown wells by the end of 1998. Sand control, electric heating, hydraulic jet pump technologies are used accordingly to revitalize these shutdown wells based on comprehensive analysis of the causes of well shutdown. Total 297 shutdown wells were revitalized during 1999-2001 achieving cumulative oil output of 313,000 t
