摘　　要：黑社会作为一个亚文化群 ,有其独特的心理特征 ,而这种心理特征又决定了其组织行为方式。内部成员的心理特征和对外实施犯罪的心理特征是黑社会性质犯罪组织心理特征的两个层面 ,并起着各自不同的作用。针对我国当前黑社会性质犯罪组织的心理特征和行为方式 ,我们可以从打击犯罪团伙的犯罪意识等八个方面来加强防范和打击。As a sub-cultural group,gangland has its own psychological features,which decide its behavioral patterns.Its psychologlcal features include the internal ones among the members and the external ones during the conduction of offense,which function differently.According to the features and patterns,the gangland group can be prevented and struck in many aspects,such as the sense of offense.
