摘　　要：在公路总建设投资约束下,以路网综合效益最优为目标,进行满足路网交通需求的布局优化设计。为避免传统方法求解大系统优化问题存在的“组合爆炸”问题,采用正交枚举法作为路网优化的工具,使得计算工作量大大减少,并得到了合理的公路网布局优化决策方案。Under the limit of road network construction investment, taking the road network compositive benefits as the optimum objective, the optimum model of road network layout scheme is built. And the difficulty of solving large nonlinear scheme is eschewed by using orthogonal enumeration method, the burdensome computation workloads are reduced and a reasonable layout scheme of road network can be gotten by this method.
